Peyton Gets the TD Record

With as much shit as Tennessee fans have to go through this day and time, it's nice to still have someone associated with the university have success.

He's also a damn good representative for the university. Regardless of whether everything is a front, or his regular season vs postseason stats; we could do far, far worse.

 

He's playing better now than he has in years.

He recovered in pretty standard fashion.

 

He had the best season a QB has ever had last year, and he's added some velocity this year. No reason why he can't play again next year and smash the yardage record.

Now, if they win the SB and he chooses to retire, that's his call.

 

I haven't seen one game this year so I can't attest to arm strength. But Peyton has always thrown an ugly ball.

 

Yeah, he never has been confused with Jeff George or John Elway when it comes to ball speed and spiral.

The 509 TD pass was a duck. They keep replaying it on TV and it looks so bad.

 

Ah but 510 was as good a deep ball as one could throw. Also, 509 was perfectly positioned and timed. It had some wobble but there was nothing wrong with that pass.

 

I don't see the point here. He tried something that and no one knows if it worked but according to the article a significant portion of the medical professional thinks the treatment should have FDA approval. Also there's no suggestion of PEDs here (as suggested elsewhere).

 

And, he recovered in pretty standard fashion.

I think Adrian Peterson and RGIII had more miraculous recoveries. They are also borderline superhumans.
