As is often the case with strange ramblings, there is an element of truth in what he is saying about air from China. We are negatively affected by emissions in China, especially on the west coast and in high altitude lakes. Not to mention climate change. China is attempting to turn the corner, but has and will continue to hurt us. It's literally killing people in China.
We are in a weird era where we want celebrities and billionaires to come and save us like a movie. It won't happen.
