Pig Howard at running back?

 

Did I hear he's injured and been shelved for the fall?

 

I heard he was injured. Not sure about the prognosis.

 

Surely someone as fast as Watson could see the field, at least in some kind of junk formation.

 

Howard had surgery on his foot and will miss camp. Haven't heard anything about him missing the season.

 

There's talk he could miss the first game but definitely not the season barring a major setback.

 

You would think so but they could just use Devrin in the same role and let Watson sit and get bigger.

 

Heard it a couple weeks ago thirdhand and was kinda surprised, but that's what I heard. I've been mostly off the grid so far this month though, and I didn't even know he was injured.

 

I saw Q at the OW game. He's short but bigger looking (stature-wise) than Devrin.

 

Pig is supposed to get looks at RB, but is a WR first. He's been listed as 5'8 185. Bourque is also listed as 6'1 which one be more ideal.
