RG3 isn't throwing down the field at ALL--he's getting protected by his system kind of like Cam Newton last year--so I don't think we really know whether he's a franchise QB yet. I think Luck is unquestionably a better Rookie of the Year candidate. Having said all of that, I have a lot more hope for RG3 than I did before the season started, and than I do for Newton.
