I recently discovered Flipboard, which I like. You pick topics that interest you and it grabs articles from around the net, organizes them, then presents them in a magazine-like format that is very esthetic and easy to navigate and read. You can also use it to keep up with twitter and Facebook. I'm also big on Tiger Woods Golf, Shazam, NYT Crossword, and urbanspoon. Redbox app is nice to avoid unnecessary trips, too. What are your favorite apps?
I think I'm gonna have to get flipboard. Timer app for cooking, dictionary, accuweather, Netflix and urbanspoon. Medscape, Epocrates and medcalc are good, too.
Find My Droid is a good one for me (lose my phone a lot). Also love the Ebay app and Swing by Swing golf app. Favorite app is Stitcher though, love podcast.
After a few more days tinkering with it, I am even more impressed with Flipboard. Highly recommend it. I probably use it more than any other app now.
