    I don't have the first inkling as to whether Brian Kelly's actions are criminal or not.

    That being said, no support staff person is going to tell any head coach of a D1 team "No." and continue to be gainfully employ for another 7 minutes. And good luck getting another gig. Doesn't make it right or wrong, but simply refusing was not really a viable option, IMO.
