I didn't mind Norman as I think Odell Beckham is quite the [itch bay] and let it be known Norman had him.
I can see why Carroll's eternal positivity and Wilson's magic healing water and choir boy image make people mad. Both have largely gotten a free pass from the media.

the fans are terrible. similar to Oregon fans (coincidence?). i.e. never knew the team existed when they were losing and now claim to have the greatest fans in America and are obnoxious enough to tell you about it 24/7. also think their team in unbeatable.
ncaa teams I hate, just off the top of my head: Stanford, UCLA, Oregon, Washington, Colorado (only because their fans legitimately think they are a moment away from being a power), ohio state, northwestern, Baylor, penn state, notre dame, duke,
I was at Humboldt from 95-98. I wished so bad we could've had a shot at USJ. They'd get 5 minutes of highlights on Friday night, then they'd show Gibson Co getting their only first down of the game and then say "Humboldt won 47-0"
I still have zero issues with that Memphis team a few years back trying to injure their players when they were trying to get that scoring record.
Central beating them with a hail mary in the playoffs last year was one of the highlights of the sports year for me.
