That's an interesting take.

Depending on who you subscribe to about where this team is and what Barnes is or isnt as a coach, you could come to the conclusion that not winning today and missing the S16 is expected.

If I take that approach Im neither nervous or at a complete loss for words if they dont win.

Somebody above mentioned this being the pressure game and getting by it may loosen this team up for the next round. I tend to fall in line with that idea.

 

i'm being sarcastice Beecher. I'll be crushed if the season were to end today. One of the 2/3 best seasons I've watched in 40+ years since I was a ball boy for Memphis st under Dana Kirk and got to go to the final 4 with them. I don't want it to end. Will probably stay away from here should we lose, because I won't deal well with the "I told you so's" from those waiting on Barnes to fail since we lost our first game to Kansas.
