Perfectly. I think he still feels responsible for playing some part in Trump getting elected, however small and unintentional, and rightfully so - because that’s about as spot on of an ad, political or otherwise, as you’ll likely ever see. It’s beautiful, in every respect.
Haha. And yes, the "[uck fay] you" continues. The more I see emotional midgets flip out, the more I want to see him succeed.
And that it provides both such a clear description of Trump’s enduring strength and appeal, but also an easily obvious road map to how best to actually beat him - perhaps even quite badly - makes it equal parts tragically and beautifully ironic, IMO.
If he's walking away now, he was lost to begin with and I'm glad he's discovered his beliefs. The Dems are not in control of anything so walking away is no different than doing nothing at all
A never trump conservative is certainly a conservative. A "walk away" is seemingly not that liberal/progressive.
