The current bowl selection process is unjust

    There's a few of these with non power 5 teams I find strangely appealing.

    I imagine there is a significant amount of preparation and investment prior to final records, so that wouldn't work.

    We should probably scrap the pretense of it being about a good season, then. Clearly it is about exhibiting a game to the two most lucrative fan bases you can land-- not any sort of competition between the best two teams you can land.

    They were exhibition games for a very long time. Didn't even have a bearing on the national championship.

    i'd say the second well over 50% of fcs teams make one is when it stops becoming a "good season."

    FBS, and it's 80 teams this year. More than 62 % of FBS teams.

    You just weren't there daily to see the improvement. You'd have kept on starting Worley too and then you'd have definitely hired DeBord to avoid any nomenclature changes. Great programs do not change nomenclature - might mess up the quips.
