Elarbee is easily the best oline coach Tennessee has had since Pittman, so I at least feel comfortable he'll get good coaching. Hopefully he gains 30 pounds before he gets here and then another 20 once he's here

 

I hope he's an All SEC tackle, but I'm betting he's not a starter in game one

 

He's 6'8, he could get another 30 lbs with a box of donuts and some constipation.

One thing Heupel has to do is figure his QB out fairly quickly in fall practice. This team needs a leader at that position out the gates.

 

And I think that is doable. He should be able to get something serviceable out of one of Maurer, Bailey, or Milton III

 

Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t see how it’s not Bailey

 

I think he is the guy to beat currently.

PFF predicts Hendon Hooker

 

I'm leaning towards Milton.

 

Unless Heupel can work some magic he is awful in game situation. I know Heup likes his abilities for his offense so maybe he has a plan for him.

 

He is probably 3rd string right now.

 

Hooker doesn't appear to be accurate to me. I prefer the one that can get us 3rd and 5 without having to throw the ball. Bailey may end up being the guy but needs to quicken his windup a little.
I still kinda hope Maurer can get it done.
Also hope Milton being in a predictable and old school offense at UM held him back.
I dont know who will win it, but I'm guessing it will change by game 3 when heupel figures out who the gamers are vs just good in practice
