Yes. They probably don't even realize that they could have won the game by working for a first down in the next to last possession. Instead, they tried to burn clock and punt. Stupid. Play to win.

They would have lost that game if Chaney didn't have his Frosh QB drop back from his own 5. They run 3 times there, we lose.

It was ignorant. It's easy to see Barnett is all but unblockable when it's a passing situation.

They were struggling on both ends and running well because our LBs were weak and we only had 6 in the box. He had a huge advantage that he exploited early and lit us up. He just sorta quit.

We finally moved a safety up to LB a little, but not enough.

Now that's the truth. They were running at him a lot to try and get him out of rhythm or tire him out. Zero effect. Zero.

    Seems familiar, huh?

How many times did Chaney do that here?

He's over aggressive at times and can be screened at, but I'll take it. He's a damn machine that never really comes off the field

Smart and Chaney are an odd pairing, especially with the running backs in Athens.

I don't give a rats ass. If the win means nothing in the end because this guy sucks too badly to win anything of merit, it just prolongs the idiot's tenure. Lucky to win is great temporarily, but I'd rather outplay people.

This is Butch's high water mark. He's not topping this year in his tenure here. We all know it.

I really don't see the talent drop off next year. Should actually be stronger in a few areas.

That said, I don't know how the schedule shapes out. I actually think UF takes a step back ATP. Eason and UGA will be a challenge.

Won't have the experience this team has, though. And if no OL coaching change is made, the next QB will be hamburger meat. Also, unlikely he gets too many more schedules that are this easy.

We are actually gonna return A LOT of starters/experience. When you consider Sutton basically not playing, the entire back end returns. Same at LB with JRM likely missing large chunk of season. Obviously losing key DL and an all time great in Barnett, but return a lot and recruited better there than any other spot.

Offense loses one OL and every WR plus Wolf returns.

Dobbs and likely both backs gone. Who knows what QB looks like next year, but JG is actually best QB prospect since Manning, at least by ranking.

    Plus both specialist.

We could match this if we get excellent QB play from JG.

Big shout out today to Tennessee native and current dumbass at UGA Rico Mcgraw for taking his helmet off after Eason's dagger. You gave you're all for Tennessee.
