I believe vacated means Florida doesn't get to count the win, while we still count the loss. I think it has to be forfeited to give us the win. So while we would still have lost 10 straight to Florida, they would only have a 9 game streak against us. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

AFAIK a vacated win just means the win for the winner is taken away. The loser still has that glorious L.

A forfeited win would be the same as a forfeit. The win goes to the team that didn't forfeit. The last forfeiture I can see is in 1998.

Usually a forfeiture has to do with playing an ineligible player or something to that effect. Vacated wins are usually when the administration (#*&ed up and the program is being punished.

I don't think this is the case.

Harris is apparently being suspended for a sexual battery that occurred Sunday morning.

This will likely not affect his eligibility, and therefore the situation of his playing in the game against UT.

This just wrecks the rest of Floridas year and will make that combined 2013/2014 Florida W-L even better for Tennessee fans to deal with.

Florida will likely go through in 2013/2014 what Tennessee went through under Dooley. Jones and crew are just so bad at their jobs, they can't capitalize.
