Week 1 to 2

I just dont know, unless they're 5 stars I dont know how you can tell if they'll pan out. It just seems the 3 or 4 stars are hit or miss. We have Marquill Osbourne out there and hes freaking terrible and he was supposed to be a top DB in his class.

 

Jordan did fine. The five zillion outside runs we had won’t be nearly as effective in conference play.

 

Im amazed WV didnt hold 1 time all night.

 

The outside runs were effective because they were clogging the middle. We made in game adjustments, which is another step forward from last year.

I don’t think many SEC defenses will need to stack the box to keep us from running inside.

 

The other backs were 15 for 26. Ugh.

 

You do understand that we still play in the East, right? I'm not saying that we will run all over Bama, Auburn, and UGA, but I'm not the least bit afraid of South Carolina or Kentucky's defense.

 

I expect even more youth at DB in the next two weeks.

 

You know, as long as I don’t brag about my 4.3 40 speed and argue that all of our top recruits have a silent to Oh St, then I probably am ok.

 

We need to recruit rbs that can be difference makers. I like ty, Coleman and banks but we lack speed and agility

 

They had a really good one the play before the FG to end the half. We knocked their RG on his back and he grabbed the DT and pulled him to the ground with him. Same play featured a blind sided block that according to the new targeting rule is illegal.

Wouldn't change it to a W instead of an L but those 2 on the same play were pretty bad.

 

I thought there was a hold on their first drive?
