I think I've said it before on here but I'd be very happy with Mayo. I doubt you get into the head coaching interviews as a position coach without being damn good.

 

But can he cruit?

 

Rooney rule kind of forces some interviews, but the guy is someone people will follow into hell

 

I'd be okay with O'Brien followed by Mayo if his star is still rising in 3-5 years.

He's a no nonsense guy, he was all about academics and athletics in school.

Honestly O’Brien is probably the best case scenario at this point. We’d be lucky to have him.
