Why do people always try to justify Dooley's failures

I don't understand why people continue to justify his failures. It has gotten to the point where I just get pissed off when people begin giving reasons why he should stay. At this point if you feel Dooley should be retained I just can't respect your opinion as a football fan (ex. Doc, Jeff, and Heather)
