We've seen that Butch clearly would never hire a competent O-Coordinator or ever deviate from his moronic "system", if you can even call it that.

 

There's no way Butch makes it through 8 years without being forced to hire competent coordinators or forfeit his job. He would throw them right under the bus if someone forced his hand.

 

Dave Harts contract is coming to a close. Hes fixing to reup for 3 more and extend Jones thru 2 more election cycles.

No. Butch is not the right coach for Tennessee. And, there are plenty of coaches that could win a Natty in 8, but more than 1 SEC title at UT. So, no, no, hell no.

Since Butch says it takes 6-7 years to build a program, I don't think he is even thinking NC. Even Volley girl was shocked when she heard the 6-7 year statement. She said McElwain didn't get that memo. Neither did Saban.
