My surprise wild card team. I'll be here to gloat if they make it in.

 

I tend to agree. I think when they're bad, they'll be horrible for a game or two, then ban they'll be unbeatable for a week.

 

Anyone see the Braves blow that 2 run lead in the 9th yesterday? Kimbrel can't overpower a batter with a belt high fastball over the middle of the plate...

 

Still should have been caught IMO. One of the earlier hits looked 100% "close your eyes and swing" to me as well. Guess it happens.

 

I did. It just confirms the fact that they only suck if I watch the game.

 

Can't complain about the current record, but Fredi = instability.

Coming back down to earth for sure. J Upton still rolling even in the losses so that's encouraging if nothing else.

That was an awesome play, but Desmond was safe

 

Tend to agree, runner wins the tie, and it was maybe slightly in Desmond's favor better than a tie.

 

That ump couldn't get a call right at first base all night.

 

Choo Choo

 

I would love to have Choo on the Braves. A player his caliber at the top of the lineup is explosive for an offense.

 

Frickin Kimbrel...that's two blown saves.
