I'm not of the opinion that we should dump Butch. However, I also don't worry about how well the next half decent guy we hire will recruit. He shouldn't be doing a whole lot worse than Butch. If he does, he's likely Dooley in a wig.

If he can't win in year 3 with multiple years of top 10 recruiting classes, why on earth would he start doing it in year 4? And yes the guys in charge have such a wonderful track record of excellence in coaching decisions. I can see why you have so much faith.
