That is the current state of things, yes. Which authority do you think should be the authority, because unfortunately, "righteousness" is not one.

They literally waged war against the British, while joining the Axis powers. You know who didn't? The Zionists.

Who also lived there. Who also "had no other choice."

Yes, I absolutely think the Axis powers took a might makes right mentality.

Their, as in palestinians. You think their philosophy for wanting to not be subjects was "might makes right?"

When a major driving force was Germany's stance on Jews, yea. Yea I do.

A stance, by the way, that hasn't changed in 70 years of "enlightenment."

The major driving force for palestinians wanting to have their own nation was Germany's stance on jews? You know that by nazi doctrine palestinians are semites too, right? Heck, they are the closest relatives to middle eastern jews on the planet.

The Zionsts actually did wage war against the British. Have you not heard of the King David Hotel bombing, Irgun, Haganah or the Jewish Resistance Movement?

King David Hotel bombing was Post WW2. Irgun was predominately anti-Arab, with some British police mixed in; but is about the equivalent of saying gangs declare war on America by attacking police. It's untrue.

One of the major driving forces for those living in Mandatory Palestine joining the Axis powers was their stances on Jews, yes. Absolutely. They could have thrown in with the Allied powers, and also sought their own nation. They didn't go that route. So why did they pick Axis over Allied, if you think Germany's ideals didn't influence them greatly?

Everyone knows that is their closest living relative. Still doesn't explain the mentality in the region against Jews, does it? So why the mentality. It's because they see themselves as different. Not just over religion, either.

You say they are living in captivity, and that is somewhat true; they are living in a prison they built, paying for the sins of their grandfathers, because they refuse to change from those same philosophies.

A true philosophy change and that region assimilates, or at least incorporates. But that philosophy change is not coming.

Agree, but it takes two. You can't offer a hand up with a boot on the neck

No, it's not an equivalent. You said Zionists and the Haganah has now morphed into the IDF. These were paramilitary organizations fighting against the Arabs and the British for control of the region. The Irgun was a terrorist organization that, fortunately, chose the right side and terrorized more effectively, apparently. These weren't criminal gangs committing crimes for profit in impoverished neighborhoods. They had specific political aims and targets, then were the involved in the leadership of the new state of Israel.

Yes, and as soon as the Arab world takes their boot off Israel’s neck, and stops advocating their complete annihilation, Israel will offer a hand to those living within and around.

    But before then it’s pointless.

If you don’t see a difference in their history, it is because you are trying too hard to see everyone as equal, and they aren’t.

Political aim is just another form of profit, most actions against the British were after WW2, the Jews did not seek an alliance with the Axis powers, Israel was recognized on the world stage because you don’t recognize the group that previously joined up with the group that looked to conquer the world, while advocating a belief in suprememcy over race (which still exists), and because when left alone to let them solve their own problems, Israel beat back a colition of Arab states in 48.

Their legitimacy is very established, by all methods by which we establish borders.
