I'm discussing what is threatening language. pay a price and whirlwind do not strike me as a threat.

For example: let's say it is said that Democrats will pay a price for the impeachment vote. were they just threatened?

Yes that would be a threat. The threat being the loss of their job or majority or physical violence.

On the other hand the Schumer threat. He could not mean that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh would lose their job. He could not mean that they would lost their majority (Supremes are not made up of Dems or Republicans). So what is left?

Constitutional amendments that fly in the face of their ideologies. That’s all I got.

or perhaps the way it sounded; a physical threat.

From Chuck? Kavanaugh would break a beer bottle over his head and shank him.

But yes I was going for non-violent interpretations.

Not from Chuck. Perhaps from people who he was trying to incite.

I think Schumer is a [uck fay]ing idiot who got caught up in the moment. He took his language a bit too far in front of a favorable audience. Instead of admitting a mistake he is choosing to blame others and many who share his political persuasion are choosing to deflect or reinterpret.

    Warren out.

The contrast couldn’t be more stark - just as Biden and the DNC wanted it.

What now, Bernie Bro’s, y’all think he’s going to be anything but shit-housed now?

I think there is a massive double standard along ideological lines.

Warren voters will gravitate to Biden. Every time the field shrunk, Bernie's relative importance shrunk. It turns out that a lot of his 2016 success was due to his opponent's weakness.

Back to being an Independent senator. AOC is going to really take this hard.

Bernie is too much of a true believer.

    He's not a winner.

They fought like hell. They were fighting against a party though who doesn't want them in it. I wonder if Biden will back one of her primary challengers.

Sanders plays too nice to do what he claims he wants to do.

He should threaten to burn the party down

Warren has always hated biden and is the reason she even got into politics, btw. her calculation is to help sanders, I just don't think that is what happens.

If her calculation was to help Sanders, she would have dropped out with Pete and Amy.

The party wanted her to stay in to hurt Sanders on Super Tuesday.
