Idk. If you’re confronting me holding a gun, I’m feeling pretty threatened. The line between holding a gun and pointing it at me is awfully narrow.
I would think pointing a gun at someone in any scenario would qualify as threatening. I could certainly talk to someone while just holding a gun and not threaten them.
