Aaron Mate won the izzy award for his coverage of all of this if you want an unbiased independent journalists breakdown of it. He does a great job breaking down this whole shit show
I can’t figure out my favorite parts: A. She’s writing a memo about a meeting she never attended. B. The memo is designed to shield Obama, and it’s actually exposed what he knew and when. C. That she wrote it one (1) week after the meeting which she didn’t attend. D. That she wrote the memo app. one-half (1/2) hour after Trump had been sworn in on Inauguration Day. E. All of the Above I choose “E”.
This editorial has softened my heart on this. I'd like to see sweeping reform though, if it wasn't fair for him then it isn't fair for anyone. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...eb0fc6-99e1-11ea-ac72-3841fcc9b35f_story.html

See, that doesn't hold up if this is systemic. That's actually a bunch of political bullshit itself, imo.
There was a thread a few years ago where this came up. Someone was defending the practice, but I don't recall specifics. I couldn't find the thread. Too much of getting the case closed probably happens a lot, but that's just my opinion.

Lol at that rolling stone transcript. It tries to disallow the possibility of it looking like people were going after him unfairly was because they were. I'd say it reads like something my kids would say, but I think more highly of my kids.
He's just following today's standard in reporting. Highlight who appointed the judge (if it furthers the cause).
