Guess he knew about the Miles funny business when Miles was hired.

I'm with Andy Staples. Kansas needs to go get Kevin Kelly. Nothing else has worked so go very outside the box.

If nothing else, a lot of people would watch Kansas football.

The second he has success with his no-punting thing on a higher level than HS, it will sweep through the football world at all levels. The math checks out, everybody punts too much.

I agree on punting too much, but there's a big difference with high school and college talent discrepancies are way different.

I'd almost like to see some one like Davidson's coach get a shot that's doing some pretty creative stuff with heavy sets since everyone is going faster and lighter on defense with dime and nickel packages as their base defense.

He would punt more at the collegiate level, IMO.

He's also become the guru of analytics. He lets that guide him more than anything now. Once he made that switch he went from great to unbeatable. I just want to see it tried at the next level.

I assume yall are talking about Pulaski Academy coach. Ravenwood played them the last couple years. It's a different game for sure. Onside kick everytime, which wouldn't work in college as well. He did punt a couple times but went for it every other 4th down. The onsides kicks worked about half the time. Think they got 3 in a row at one point

The influx of better talent helped too.

The sad truth about high school sports is that about 80% or more games are decided way before kickoff ever happens.

He did lose to Ravenwood in 2019!

He's created a machine. I think he could make Kansas competitive.

Maybe and I think schools like Kansas should take chances on hires.

They're never going to out recruit so they need a different angle

    Agree on both.

If it works and is exciting, maybe he starts attracting more talent there. It's going to fail miserably occasionally, so there's also the chance we'll see a team put up 100 against them too.

Only if analytics tell him to. He sticks to the math no matter what.
