Captain Dipshit was always my favorite moniker for him when he was killing Packers chances to win the Super Bowl year after year.
There might have been some potential in it somewhere, idk, maybe have an actual center snap the ball for starters that a) won’t get blown up and 2) won’t need to be quickly involved in the development of the play not that it mattered because the first receiver got blown up too, lol, what a disaster
It is the one thing a defender won't mess up- rush the passer. If this stuff worked at all, you'd see fast guys lining up on the o line all the time to get down field blocks on attacks to the edge. Clearly there is a need for big dudes who can only be moved so fast.
It looked like something we ran in pee wee football back when I was a kid. It worked great if you had far superior athletes or if you got lucky. I imagine you could run this 100 times in the NFL and get a similar result 99 times.
I normally don't give a damn about this stuff, but Chris Stapleton is singing the national anthem at the SB this year. I might have to actually watch that. Love me some Stapleton.
Kind of surprising to me. I’ll be interested to see how you turn Stapleton into a Super Bowl level production. He’s incredible but much different vibes than last year or the one in Atlanta where Big Boi came out of the tunnel in a Cadillac.
He isn't doing the halftime show. Just the anthem, and that is right in his wheelhouse as far as "production" requirements.
