I'm good friends with the Superintendent that hired me and he forbade me from coaching my first year teaching. Didn't want me to get overwhelmed by doing both my first year.

I can't imagine the current AD firing a guy that's winning 8-9 games on average with their lowered expectations.

My level of expectation...get to a bowl game this year.

Next year should be a significant jump.

If Dormady ends up being a great QB, we could easily win 10 in 2016.
