This is why you have the big balls avatar, and as I said earlier, I hope you win.

 

Kind of funny how this has gone down. Of all the horrors that supposedly await our program, here's what's happened since cotton proposed the bet.

1. Mediocre defensive coordinator leaves and is replaced by a guy that's already done extremely well in the SEC with much less talent than UT has.

2. Sutton, 2nd best defender at worst, decides to return for 2016.

3. Reeves-Maybin, 3rd best defender at worst, decides to return for 2016.

 

Some of my "assumed qualifications" were that those things didn't happen.

 

Any of these things failing to happen would not have prevented me from making the bet.

And how many months are left until the season? Surely you're not suggesting that this trend of positive events means none of the negative events that might cause me to waver on my 11-1 prediction can occur?

 

Let me be dead then. I'll be here all offseason saying 11-1, and I'll most likely be here shouting it even louder right before the season as well. I guess you'll just have to ignore me.

Also, you left out losing the best SEC receiver of all time, Marquez North.

That is pretty terrible. Lawyers are the only ones that win in lawsuits.

 

Not really. And I don't think her settlement was necessarily 950,000. It was 250k + attorney fees. Attorney fees just happened to be exorbitant.

 

78.9% of the time, they win all the time.
