Hypothetically of course, BUT....... Could Tennessee be willing to be the lead dog in this entire lawsuit for itself and other universities over title 9? I just have a feeling that a plaintiff win here would open the flood gates all over the nation and these other schools know it.

I'm beginning to think that outside of settling this right away or Bowles being discredited, the best thing that could happen is something comes out that proves Butch was in the wrong. Those are the only scenarios which don't result in this dragging out for a long time.

 

Does that sound hard to believe to you? I could certainly believe Bowles would want to keep quiet about it.
