So, the only hire the guy has made in either of the two major sports is a guy that it seems the majority of KState fans want to be fired. Nice.
He also hired the women's bball coach who it seems like is doing OK. 50-51 in three years before him, 59-36 so far into year 3 with him, with year 3 being the best. He also hired a guy that coaches cross country and track, but I can't find any results to know how he has done. Also hired a golf coach. Same deal, can't find results. He definitely hasn't won any championships, but it looks like K-State hasn't won anything there in a long time. Certainly not much to say this guy knows how to hire a good coach.
Regardless, what does that even mean anymore. A bunch Tennessee guy boosters isn't doing jack for us.
It's overrated. I'll never really understand why so many folks can't understand that the reason these guys have failed is because they suck, not because they weren't "Tennessee guys"
