I happened to tune in for those two touchdown drives. Was actually enjoyable in that circumstance. Shrout looked like he kind of knew what he was doing. Athleticism surprised me.

 

Will never be able to completely explain, but I really wanted JP to work out. The way he has handled this QB situation makes it clear he isn’t anywhere close to HC material.

Both Shrout and Bailey are more capable than what we’ve been rolling out for the last 3 years. It’s a throwaway year...sure....but Vol fans truly deserve better.

 

Among other things, Pruitt is old school in regards to practice performance earning PT and appears to not have the ability to understand the fact some guys are gamers and some are practice players. He always had both with NFL filled rosters, and didnt have to make judgement calls on offense at the time
