I’m not even that big of a Ravens fan, and this game has me irritated. If you know you’re going for it on 4th, why not run the ball on 3rd to put yourself in a better position? Oh well. This one’s done.
They went 7-1 in their last 8 games, but didn’t win any game by more than 6, and were 1-7 against the spread. Total point margin for their 7 wins was just +27, 3.85 points per game. I think they’ll win, but I’m thinking it’s a close game.
Every time that happens I remember how much I hate that rule and how [uck fay]ing stupid it is that it's never been changed
So lowered the head, arm around his neck, and drove his head into the ground. No flag. I guess the pansy stuff is only for the first month. Super inconsistent officiating in the NFL.
Damn, they are some of the luckiest mother [uck fay]ers. Cleveland pissed that away on their last offensive drive. They should have played it as 4 down territory and not panic after getting stuffed on the first down run.
And, they still won. Most teams do not, especially in the playoffs. They haven't had a double digit win since November 1st against the Jets. They are very, very good, but the have some good fortune in pulling these games out. Beating Buffalo without Mahomes would be a huge task, though.
I clearly remember a UT-Florida game (at Neyland, no less...) where Spurrier went for it on 4th & 14 near midfield. Result? Florida touchdown. Just rubbed our faces right in it.
