We saw Kellyn [uck fay]ing Acosta as our first sub in a deciding match for the World Cup with Gio Reyna just sitting there. Did Acosta do one [dadgum] thing? Also, stop subbing in Shaq Moore. He's good for Nashville, but, damn. He is a hot mess at right back.
The more I look back over it, the subs were so badly mismanaged. It starts with roster selection. What exactly made Haji Wright the pick over Pefok and Pepi?

Man, as if I couldn't love that kid enough, he goes from the hospital to the hotel as a super fan while he's the actual hero of the game. I so hope this continues after Saturday.
So I guess the hospital trip was mostly precautionary, if he is expecting to be ready to go on saturday?
By the way, apparently the women made more money on the men advancing to round of 16 than they did for winning the last 2 women's WC's due to the prize money sharing agreement. Seems like FIFA should look into balancing the prize pools a little, that is a bad look. But you know, FIFA.
