Boy does that sound good. I'd just add some horseradish, lemon, salt/pepper, Worcestershire, pickle/olive juice, sriracha and vodka. Perfect!

This "argument" over which is better, pulled pork or smoked brisket, is why I love the 8th. FTR, I'll take a good brisket over pulled pork.
I used to prefer pulled pork until spending time in Austin. With pulled pork it is all about the sauce. With brisket it is all about the meat.
I will say that my tastes are based on never having tried a lot of brisket. Perhaps my view would.change of I had some of this ambrosia others are talking about. I just don't travel enough to experience these things. Any quality brisket in Knoxville?
Depends on how much fat the brisket has. But hard to beat a plate of pork nachos with cheese sauce, bbq sauce, cheese and jalapenos. Or a pulled pork pizza, which is hard to find.
That’s an excellent way to put it. As for Knoxville brisket, I haven’t lived there in about 13 years but I never had any brisket in Knoxville that I’d bother eating again.
