Yes, but they got two quality wins this week. VanVleet getting healthy will fix them.

 

VanVleet is key to Marshall playing this team the way he wants to. Its going to be fun watching him grow this team.

 

Bo Ryan stepping down immediately

 

Fare the well, Bo Ryan. I had the good fortune of watching most of Ryan's career considering his long stint at UW-Platteville, maybe his most impressive coaching job, occurred about 10 minutes from my home town. I even played against his son, Will (Who was exactly the type of player you would expect from Bo Ryan's son), as a high school player. One hell of a coach. So badly wished he could have rode out with a title last year.

 

I got really excited about my alma mater beating Saint Louis, then saw that SLU was garbage last year and doesn't seem to be any better this year.

 

Nice effort from Indiana today. Need to see more of the last 10 minutes and less of the first 30 minutes.

 

I thought UVA played boring basketball?

 

It was fun watching Bruce Pearl's Auburn Tigers get their teeth kicked in today.

 

Kentucky is a hot mess.

Yeah. For some reason, all the callers to my show who were saying Bruce Pearl wins 20 games in his sleep anywhere have disappeared.

 

Today was an effort issue. Cal is one of the best at fixing that problem.

 

I am shocked.

 

Now they're all playing the "but it's Auburn!!!" card. "Anywhere" doesn't include Auburn!!!

 

That might actually be true, though.
