when he got the puck in the middle of the ice at the blue line, I srsly expected something special or an attempt at a nasty move. The 30 seconds after that goal with everybody around mobbing each other with holy shit looks on their faces...so much fun. Reading nhl comments, tweets and other fans posts, that goal is being called one of the nastiest playoff goals in nhl history. Described by some hockey folk as "disgusting".
I looked at the people next to me who were waiting for a high five, knelt to one knee and said "nah sorry I can't yet". I may have had some beverages. Hilarious that one of the biggest cheers of the night was when Paul got on the PA and asks "Hey Smashville, you want to see Forsberg's goal again?"
