A lackluster performance but I'll take the W.

Doesn't feel like weve played well yet but have scored 10 goals in 2 games.
Defensive turnover led to first goal. Giving up too many goals and weve had some empty nets. Get 1 in colorado

Yeah seems like a lot of goals given up.

Sorry to always be that guy, but advanced stats say we are playing pretty well. We should certainly cut out some of the high danger chances, but Peks needs to stop shots by Gabriel Bourque that he has clean looks at too

I don't think the team has even flipped the switch yet

Yeah I maybe spoiled, but just hasnt felt great. Not sure we have outscored them in 5 v 5, and 2 or 3 foals are from late empty nets, iir. Felt like Colorado had a lot of possession on their end as well, but we did much better in faceoffs in game 2.
That said, we dont control our own destiny anymore. There goes the playoffs. Wasted year and choke artists.

We need to do better at turning the puck over in/near our zone, but I don't feel we are playing poorly either. Colorado is playing pretty dang good. They ended the season hot, and they aren't playing like the young team they are. Not playing scared or intimidated for sure.

The hustle, effort and physicality is there for the Preds. I'd be concerned if they were half-assing it out there, but that's not the case. Sometimes you have to admit your opposition is playing well and give them some credit.

Colorado's biggest issue is going to be fatigue. They are well coached and a very game opponent.

Winnipeg got a team that didn't even show up for two games. It will be interesting to see how Nashville and Winnipeg look against each other, assuming that's the second round

I hope the altitude doesn't hurt us.

A disaster in Colorado. At least it makes my decision about whether or not to stay up easier.

I thought I was negative as hell when it came to sports.

I'm a ray of sunshine compared to you. Damn.

I still think we'll win this series but the magic is gone.

Salomaki needs to be in the press box. He's not good at any facet of the game. If Jarnkrok isn't ready, then play Tolvanen and shake up the lines.

He plays like a lumbering, feckless, imbecilic mental invalid.

Any indication when Jarnkrok will be back. Will he be back this year?
