A good balance of both would be nice. If Jancek does not produce quickly with this type of talent he WILL be shown the door. I know Butch likes the continuity of his staff but he wants to win and if that means staff changes at some point I believe it will happen.

 

I don't see how we get too much more talented than the UGA defenses he squandered.

 

This. People forget the monsters he and Willy had from 07-09 that were/are NFLers. Geno Atkins, Denelle Ellerby, Asher Allen, rashad jones, Renne Curran, justin Houston , Marcus Washington, Akeem dent, Jeff Owens etc etc
