Bituli is a beast based upon the one time I've seen him play. I hope we are in the picture there.

 

Yes, he is and we are. Probably grow into a DE.

 

I know some middle Tennessee coaches have raved about him. I've only seen a few highlight films.

I'm ignorant to this stuff. How come there are only 6 in TN's top 10? If they haven't rated everyone, how do they know these 6 are in?

 

They don't have a top 10 yet. That's just the 6 highest rated ATP.

Also, Bituli's teammate that is going to Ole Miss was rather unimpressive. Maybe he picks it up on the next level, but, to me, he just looks the part with his size, not his ability.

 

Fortenberry said we could get a commitment from Bituli at any time.

Along w/ other key '16 and '17 targets Daniel Bituli had a good visit --- enjoyng the gm and the crowd --- and said the Vols are #1. Go ahead and pull the trigger big guy

 

He's been a silent for months, supposedly.

 

Hope that is the case and if so, see more of an advantage announcing (now) than waiting

 

From what everyone is saying, it'd be a shocker if he goes elsewhere.

 

I agree, just don't see any benefit in having the state's #1 player a "silent commit". None. jmo

 

probably his call more than anyone else's. He wants to be recruited and see what else is out there. Shutting down too early stops the game.

 

I'd rather a guy keep it open than commit and then decommit later.
