Putting yourself in a situation that ends in arrest deserves some consequences even if he ultimately stays on the team.
I agree with JG, that if he touched her, he’s gone. If he did physically assault her, the SEC may neither leave any choice on the matter, nor should they.
there was a big nerf gun fight around this time. Could be related to hearing someone say something about shooting.
You get arrested, you get suspended until it's taken care of. That should be standard operating procedure. If...if it's a loud argument and no one was harmed, it's usually taken care of quickly
I feel funny about a threat to shoot someone/thing being considered as a possible felony. I get why, but it doesn't feel right.
Libertarianism doesn't have exclusive domain over liberty, by definition. It's for everyone. [uck fay]ing socialists.
Longer it drags on, the lower my expectations for any kind of positive answer. NCAA is such a piece of shit organization.
Surely there's a lawyer out there with enough wealth and free time to make the NCAA's existence miserable. The older I get, the more I despise the college system of football. I mean it's a catch 22. Without the douchebaggery of the NCAA, we don't have college football as we know it, but how the players are forced to remain with teams or face the inconsistent judgement of a ruling body whose rules may as well have been written by pigs on the side of a barn is despicable to me.
