That boy is straight from Lexington, TN and there is no doubt about it.

Although I don't agree with throwing trash on the field, I absolutely LOVE the tweet. Love the attitude and I'm sure Vitello feels the same way. Can't hardly wait for next season. VOLS!!!!!

Evan Russell was behind the dish for today’s scrimmage.

Two injuries to the weekend rotation before the season even starts. Not ideal.

    Losing Tidwell really hurts.

interesting. 2 is close to a pattern. Wondering about the trainer and pitching coach mismanaging or could be a fluke.

Tidwell is shoulder. The guy from Mizzou broke his elbow.

I saw where Tidwell is expected to be back, but it was far from certainty. Going to do rehab, but there is a still a decent chance he will miss the season.

You never know how a shoulder will act. Broken elbow sounds tough too. Atrophy sets in fast so there will need to be a lot of strength building to get back

he will still be lifting and training the other arm, if the strength and rehab program is worth a damn at all and will keep atrophy from being a huge issue.

Just depends. If a broken elbow is casted for just a couple weeks you'd be amazed at how fast muscle goes away when not in use.
And it much depends on what is wrong with Blades shoulder.

If you continue to lift with the unbroken arm, it basically stops atrophy in the immobilized arm.
