I'm afraid the basketball gods will smite us on Thursday for the amount of shit we gave Kentucky for losing to 15 seed St. Peter's a couple of years ago.

They've played exactl2 P6 teams - Rutgers and Seton Hall. They lost by 31 and 11, respectively.

 

When only like four of the one seeds win conference tournaments, you get a whole bunch of crap from the 13 line on down. Shoot Duquesne could be a 13 or 14 in a normal year.

 

The team that wins the Midwest will win the title. Since the tournament expanded to 64 teams, Detroit(or Detroit metro) has hosted a regional on four occasions. All four times the region produced the national champion. It’s written in stars.

 

Detroit is the Friday/Sunday regional too.

If we managed to get to that regional final I would be a worthless human being for 2 days.
