I’ve walked by this field a ton over the last few years, and every time all I see them doing is trying to use an excavator to dig through pavement. Anybody know if that’s actually the best way to go about it? It sounds horrible.
The short answer is probably not, but it depends on the asphalt, the excavator, the bucket, and what's under the what's under the asphalt. Oh, and the operator is possibly the biggest component.
Yeah, we used a hoe ram to break out holes and cracks in it instead of cutting if we had one on site at the time and it was in a place the client wasn't too worried about the repaving. This was industrial.
Bishop was probably going to redshirt anyways and it's an ankle, so it's not that big a deal. Weathersby was working his way into the rotation and his is a hip, so that one sucks
