Phil at least had built a juggernaut alongside another one in that time frame. I get it wasn't SEC titles, but he had a top 5 national program going. Heck, if Butch could get us to a Top 10 program again I'd at least be partially satisfied.

In a business where you keep players for 3-4 years (5 tops), why does it take 6-7 years to rebuild? How many kids are left in year 7 from year 1, 2, 3 and even year 4? What the hell have you been doing all those years?
