I've bought Flex Seal and that thing you put under a couch, neither one worked. Found both at CVS.

 

Thayt razor sharpener was too good to be true, of course I had to see it

I think when I was 13 or 14 I conned my parents into getting the abflex.

It didn't help.

Flex Seal worked great for me. My old jonboat was eat up in the transom from being in saltwater. I didn't know it. When we put it in the water at the beach, it leaked lime a sieve. Flex Seal saved the vacation.

 

Works fine, it's couplers are made really cheap, they began leaking relatively quickly

 

Try some new gaskets.

 

My eldest had a leak inside his vehicle when he ran the air condition. We could see where it was leaking and tried Flex Seal, but it wouldn't stop the leak.

 

Did you make a boat out of a screen door?

 

It's the actual plastic fitting pieces around the ends where the nozzle screws on and where the hose screws to the hydrant. It may be a problem with the threading.

 

That must explain all the new commercials about the new couplers on them.

I wouldn't trust it long term. My bro-in-law & I bought it together. He sold it a week after we got home.

It seats on a gasket though. Most hose leaks at the couplings are due to missing/dry rotted gaskets. It's worth a shot. They're pennies a-piece.

 

I've seen the Bacon Bowl in CVS, thinking about getting that. Why I have no idea, just to eat stuff out of a bowl made of Bacon I guess.
