Or the 6 times Tennessee won a national title Miracle at South Bend Or the 2 sec championship games Tennessee won Or the Sugar Vols Or the Citrus Bowl against a Heisman Buckeye Or the 06 come back in Athens 06 Cal Or draining the Swamp in 2001 Or beating uga in Athens in 2004 Or beating Miami in the Orange Bowl in 2003 I think I made my point
I am reluctant to give much credit to the coaches doing some different things like throwing the ball down field....Simply bc they really had no choice down 24-3 There were still plenty of bone head play calls. Hurd had to earn all 80 of his yards because they had him running east and west. Its bad when sorority girls sitting around us at the game tonight can tell you what is gonna happen on both sides of the ball, yet it seems the coaches can't figure it out.
There are few wins that immediately outshine this win against this mediocre Georgia team. This probably does not rank in the top 25: OSU Miracle in South Bend Sugar Bowl 86 Notre Dame 79 Bama 82-86 Auburn 85 Florida State Florida 98 and 01
Yep. Florida didn't say their win over us was one of the greatest in program history, despite it being a big comeback. Why? Because it was the eleventh in a row. It wasn't all that long ago we won nine straight against these guys. And McElwain, not even halfway through his first season, has already managed to top that UT win.
UGA has a QB that folds like a cheap suit with any pressure. We decide to rush 3 and let him look like Namath. His receivers let him down. Bama will have no such problem.
