I say again... If Tennessee wins this weekend he BETTER give the players ALL the credit. If he comes out and crows about being somehow "vindicated" or some other nonsense I may drive up to Knoxville and go all Tonya Harding on his knees...
I've seen this rumor around different chat rooms. So it's getting around pretty quickly. Who is releasing this info?
They lose this weekend and I'd say the team is done. Heck if he's blaming players he's probably already lost em
No. Because even if he were to get sick and miss the game, it would be "Win one for the Butcher" type deal.
Evacuate Hart and waive the damn buyout. I'm trying to figure out how to incentivize the deal; challenging.
Doofus would call out players publicly on his TV show. Botch does it behind closed doors and indirectly publicly in the paper. Not much difference here, IMHO
5-7 this year. 8-4 next. Butch says both times. I keep going back to the comment that Dooley would have stayed if they made a bowl his last year.
The Butcher... I like that better than Botch... They both fit but the Butcher is more descriptive of his gameday coaching.
I agree. Thanks for bring this up. Accountability in the locker room is critical. It's just as critical to not run your critical players down for not making critical plays in critical situations in a press conference. It's critical to have the respect of not just the critical players but also the non-critical players. Handling critical criticisms critically is critical as long as said critical criticisms happens behind the critical confines of the critical team's locker room, critical meeting rooms and critical practice facilities.
