I'm mostly scared still because both Mizzou and Vandy are multiple on O and have good enough defenses and pass rushes that our offense is likely to falter. I'm scared to get way ahead of myself but 8-5 would be an outstanding first year.
Mizzou is interesting. Nothing special, but the wins over UF and Purdue can’t be ignored. Should be a good game, though I’m confident we can get to 6 wins against Vandy even if we lose to Mizzou.
Can? For sure. Would we be favored to? Possibly. Are we far enough above their level that I wouldn’t be nervous as hell going into that at 5-6. No
When your trying to recover from 4-8 and and the plague that was the Butch Jones, there are several corners between where you are and where you wanna get. It didnt result in a win but we turned 1 in the second half at UGA that lead to the win against AU. They turned another today after letting SC slip by and last weeks ugly win. They finish 7-5 and they ve turned another. Several more left some of those will be in living rooms over the next several weeks.
Pruitt has strangled the life out of offenses coached by: Malzahn/Lindsey Gran [ddiapos] isn't on that level, he's worse. [uck fay] Mizzou and Dooley too
Lock has completed 56% of his passes, 6 TDs and 7 interceptions in SEC play. He did have a near perfect game against Florida, though
The biggest thing this thorough ass whipping does is breed confidence. Mizzou and Vandy are the worst conference opponents on the schedule talent wise. Tennessee will win out.
3 losses to top 10 teams, 2 of them on the road. 2 wins vs top 15, 1 on road. We are a 2 loss team in acc and we still arent good
Kentucky may end up with the same final record as Tennessee. They will struggle to beat anybody with the offense they've been playing lately.
Hey, I take back what I said about there not being corners. If we end up with a bucket of 5 stars, we just took a 450 degree turn.
