we didn't really do it. we closed restaurants, canceled large events... but at leadrhalf the population continued as normal. the crowded beaches were literally last week.

so I'd argue half of people said [uck fay] it from the jump.

 

The numbers are rising because the testing just really ramped up. The numbers were there all along, we just didn’t have the tests to confirm it.

 

I’m definitely not giving up yet. It’ll take roughly a week of similar numbers to make me wane.

I don't think we've seen this scenario work out yet.

Let's hope they have a lot of testing and medical resources.

 

What's their average age? Are they densely populated or more spread out?

That has to play a part in it.

 

Had meeting and dinner last year with a couple of guys from Finspång Sweden.
We discussed demographics of the country.
According to our conversation, their country is viewed as North and South.
South being the most populated and considered to be where the "normal" people live.
Up North, they call them the Reindeer people so I immediately asked about a sleigh but was told they now use snowmobiles.

 

Well today they had the same rate of growth everyone else has, they just have lower raw numbers. They may not be doing as well as they think, just earlier in an uncontrolled outbreak.

 

Laplanders. They live from Norway to Russia. Just a completely different ethnicity than the majority of those countries.

The stories of the Life Care Nursing Home caregivers are truly sad. Apparently those poor people were left on their own for weeks begging for help.

 

Is that the one in Spain were they just abandoned them.

 

I'm starting to hope a by product of this is the world decides we've had enough of China.
