I do find the idea that we are over-reacting due to conspiracy to hurt Trump to be an incredibly US-centric view of the world. There are very few countries of any size doing less than the US is doing to control this virus. And many doing more. Yet, our conclusion is the media is tanking the economy to hurt Trump.
I think people in this country would be suprised at how much other countries actually think and give a shit about America. Certainly not enough to have their own people and economy suffer to hurt one guy. Well, maybe China.
