Daredevil

Anyone watching this on Netflix?

 

How bizarrre. I just now finished the first episode.

So no spoilers, dammit.

 

I've watched 2, so couldn't spoil it if I wanted to

 

Watched the first two, seems good.

 

So far so good. The main character development is good. The problem with most superhero movies/shows are not the character development, but how to maintain a good story line once we know how they became a superhero.

 

Frank Miller, who is one of the best comic writers around, spent a few years writing Daredevil. They can use those stories for years and keep people entertained.

 

I am wondering if the Hand, Stick, and Electra are going to come into the picture.

 

Stick was in the trailer, I'm assuming you can't have him without Elektra and the hand

 

Just watched episode four. Shit got real.

 

2 more episodes left for me. I binged and now am having to ration...

I can confirm Stick, btw.


A really awesome Wilson Fisk origin story is woven into this. Could have named the show "Kingpin."

Foggy mentioned "the hot Greek girl" from Matt's Spanish class, so there's the groundwork for Elektra

Finished it. Look forward to season 2. Foggy acted like a sensitive little [itch bay] imo.

The last scene with the Kingpin was awesome. They did a good job with his story and what drives him.

 

I'd turn into a super villain for Vanessa. Or for DD's secretary for that matter.


I'm like one hottie away from full super villain aspirations.

 

What would your super villain super power be?

 

In the comics, Karen Page turns into a heroin addicted porn star, so full super villainy isn't needed to get her.
